We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. Orders below this amount may incur shipping fees based on your location.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time excludes weekends and holidays. Once your order is processed and ready to ship, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. Some remote areas may require additional time. You can track your shipment in real-time using the tracking number provided.
Please note that we do not currently ship to PO Boxes due to the size and weight of our vacuum units. Shipments must be delivered to a residential or commercial street address.
We stand behind the quality of our German engineering. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery.
If your vacuum arrives defective or damaged, we'll cover the return shipping cost. Contact our support team immediately with photos of the damage to process a replacement or refund.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@topvacuumdeals.com. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Return shipping fees may apply unless the item is defective. The return shipping cost is typically deducted from your refund. Defective items are shipped back at our expense.
Once we receive your returned item in acceptable condition, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
